Weekly Newsletter 11/11/22

11th November 2022

Dear Parents Carers,

The children had their Remembrance Service in school today, led by the Year 4 class. They did an excellent job, showing great respect and creating the perfect atmosphere.

We will be laying a wreath at the Tweedmouth War Memorial on Sunday at 12.15, which you are very welcome to attend.

We had a lovely letter from Sarah Ponton regarding our donation to the Food Bank. She says:- Thankyou for the fantastic donation of goods. This year so far, we have helped 415 households,

this includes 637 adults and 367 children who do not have enough food to eat. September 2022 saw an increase of 47% of households using the foodbank. Your donations are very important in
helping families in our area.

Thankyou so much for all your donations. It is really needed and appreciated by many local families. We will continue to have a collection point in school.

Thankyou to all those who volunteered to plant our trees. We will let you know when we are ready, and I hope you will be able to help us then.

Have a good weekend.
Take care,
Mrs Robertson
