Weekly Newsletter 12.11.21

12th November 2021

Dear Parents/Carers,

This week we held our Virtual Remembrance Service. The Year 4 children led this, and they did an excellent job. It was a very moving and respectful service. Thankyou Year 4 for all the hard work you put into this.

On Sunday, wreaths will be laid at Tweedmouth War Memorial. Children from our School Council will be laying a poppy wreath on behalf of the school. If you are able to join us, this will take place at 12.15.

We have had 2 positive Covid cases in school this week, including a member of staff. Many thanks to the families who have taken the right action, and are self isolating at home. We wish them all a speedy recovery.

I would also like to say a huge thankyou to the staff who have worked so hard to keep everything going for the children whilst we are missing a teacher. We have a fantastic team here at Tweedmouth West, and everyone has pulled together to make sure class routines continue as normal.

Take care everyone, have a good weekend.

Mrs Robertson
