Dear Parents Carers,
I would like to say a huge thankyou to everyone who responded so quickly to our plea for warm clothing and blankets to send to the earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria. It was a real reflection of the kindness of Tweedmouth West families, and I know our parent who organised the pick-up was quite overwhelmed by the number of bags he took away.
I have been so proud of our children this week, as our Year 3s and 4s have been out and about representing the school. We had bowling and skipping at the Swan Centre, and the children were all a real credit to us and to their families.
Next week, Year 4 will be out again, enjoying computing at Berwick Middle School. They are really looking forward to that!
